Creating High Integrity Organizations

Our consulting priority is to work with ethical leaders who are trying to create effective, high-integrity organizations. Marty's work with CEOs has led us to the belief that modelling ethical behavior is necessary but not sufficient for developing an ethical organization.

In addition, these leaders need the ability to detect deception, filter self-serving and misleading information, and discern who to trust and who not to trust.

True leadership development in this area involves identifying overly political employees who put their personal agendas above doing what is right. If someone like this gets into a power position, both the company's and your reputation are at risk.

Marty teaches leaders the signals of deception, how to spot "closed shops," and how to construct a Team Trust/Competence profile. The ultimate goal is to create a critical mass of team members who are competent and are guided by what is in the best interests of the organization and society.
